Die Bohrung befindet sich in einem Gebiet, in dem PGNiG Upstream Norway bereits seit vielen Jahren Kohlenwasserstoffexplorations- und -produktionst\u00e4tigkeiten durchf\u00fchrt. Vorl\u00e4ufige Sch\u00e4tzungen beziffern die f\u00f6rderbaren Ressourcen der neuen Entdeckung auf 8 bis 30 bcm Erdgas und Kondensat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Warka-Prospekt wurde erstmals 2015 von PGNiG Upstream Norway identifiziert und gemeinsam mit ConocoPhillips evaluiert, was zu einem gegenseitigen Antrag im APA 2018 f\u00fchrte, einschlie\u00dflich einer festen Bohrlochverpflichtung. PL1009 wurde im Jahr 2019 vergeben und die Sch\u00fcrfstelle wurde f\u00fcr Bohrungen im Jahr 2020 genehmigt, gefolgt von den Bohrarbeiten, die im August 2020 begannen. PGNiG Upstream Norway h\u00e4lt nun einen Anteil von 35% an der Lizenz, in der die Entdeckung gemacht wurde, wobei der Lizenzbetreiber ConocoPhillips die restlichen 65% h\u00e4lt. Die Partnerschaft wird zusammenarbeiten, um die Ergebnisse der Bohrung vollst\u00e4ndig zu verstehen, w\u00e4hrend eine Bewertungskampagne geplant wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir betrachten die Entdeckung von Warka als \u00e4u\u00dferst wichtig f\u00fcr die strategische Erweiterung unserer Gasf\u00f6rdert\u00e4tigkeit auf dem norwegischen Festlandsockel. Wir wollen sicherstellen, dass die gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6glichen Mengen unseres eigenen Gases von Norwegen \u00fcber die Ostsee-Rohrleitung nach Polen gebracht werden. Dieser Erfolg stellt den H\u00f6hepunkt ihrer harten Arbeit als Team dar und ist ihrer Erfahrung zu verdanken, die sie im Regal gesammelt haben&#8220;, <strong>f\u00fcgte Herr Majewski hinzu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ressourcensch\u00e4tzungen werden aktualisiert, sobald die Analyse der aus der Explorationsbohrung gesammelten Daten verf\u00fcgbar ist, sowie nach den Ergebnissen zuk\u00fcnftiger Pr\u00fcfbohrungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die neue Entdeckung Warka befindet sich s\u00fcdwestlich der Felder Skarv und \u00c6rfugl,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>im zentralen Teil der Norwegischen See, etwa 240 km nordwestlich der K\u00fcste Norwegens. Die Wassertiefe betr\u00e4gt etwa 400 m. Die Explorationsbohrung, mit der das Warka-Feld entdeckt wurde, wurde mit der Bohranlage von Leiv Eiriksson bis in eine Tiefe von 4.985 m unter dem Meeresspiegel gebohrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das best\u00e4tigte Vorkommen von Erdgasvorkommen im Warka-Feld ist ein weiterer Erfolg, der k\u00fcrzlich von PGNiG Upstream Norway gemeldet wurde.&nbsp; Im Jahr 2019 machte das Unternehmen einen \u00d6l- und Gasfund namens Shrek in der Lizenz PL838. Das Feld wird mit Hilfe der Produktionsinfrastruktur von Skarv f\u00fcr die Erschlie\u00dfung vorbereitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PGNiG Upstream Norway ist an 32 Lizenzen auf dem Norwegischen Kontinentalschelf beteiligt. Im September 2020 schloss das Unternehmen eine Vereinbarung zum Erwerb von Anteilen an den Feldern Kvitebj\u00f8rn und Valemon in der Nordsee ab, die sich bereits in der Produktionsphase befinden.
